We will gladly accept returns on full price, unworn merchandise with all tags intact up to 14 days from date shipped for a full refund or credit.  You are responsible for costs associated with shipping packages back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items so it is highly recommended that you track and insure your package.

Once the return is received refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back.

All sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.


If you received an item that is defective or incorrect merchandise (style, color),  please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.  We will be happy to send you a shipping label to mail the defective/incorrect item back to us and we will promptly send out a replacement item.  After 48 hours, however, your item will fall within the 14 day policy. Damaged items must be unworn, repacked in the original packaging it came in.


Sterling silver products naturally oxidize after its been worn and stored and can be restored to its original state once it is polished with a silver cleaning cloth.

Please care for gold, rhodium and platinum plated pieces properly.  These pieces should be stored neatly in a cool and dry enviroment.  Interaction with perfumes, styling products and lotions could affect the plating in some cases.

Jewelry of any material or plating should not be worn in the shower, to the pool, in the ocean or during workouts.  Some people’s natural body chemistry or enviroment may oxidize or change the color of the plating.
